Hydrogen Technology Is Really Amazing

Amazing I say when someone tells me that water vapor is the by product of motoring. How so, I ask? The answer returns in one of two forms. First, internal combustion engines can be made to burn on hydrogen delivered from on-board pressurized takes filled with hydrogen. As these specialized hydrogen burning engines combust, the end product is water vapor. Imagine that. Water vapor coming out our tail pipes instead of insidious carbon monoxide. This isn't a dream. The technology is here and there are actually fleets of vehicles running on pressurized hydrogen. You may even have seen a bus or car boasting claim to this engineering marvel. Now, the second answer returns in the form of power created by hydrogen fuel cells. What these fuel cells do is create electricity as they convert the hydrogen to water vapor. This supplied electricity is then used to power an on-board electrical motor. This motor powers the drive chain. It's similar to an electrical vehicle that uses batteries of stored electrical energy. It's electricity that locomotes the vehicle. Now, this technology is still in the works. Scientists and engineers assure us that this technology will arrive sometime anywhere between ten to thirty years. But, it will happen. Yeah . . .
